FY 2022 & 2023 Citywide Sidewalk Contract

This project is a one-year task order contract for various sidewalk and street improvements. The City will issue job orders to the Contractor specifying location, layout, and quantities for improvements to be constructed. The Contractor shall construct the improvements per the contract documents and shall be paid for the work at the unit prices for such work included in the contract unless otherwise agreed to by the City and the Contractor prior to work being performed. A separate notice to proceed will be issued for each task order.

Bid items and quantities in the bid form are derived from historical data and used to establish unit prices for anticipated work as individual task orders are issued. Contract unit prices shall be used regardless of quantity being installed.
