Sugar Loaf Township,IL-Sanitary Manhole and Wet Well Rehab

The work to be done under this contract consists of the rehabilitation of 9 Sanitary
Manholes and 3Wet Well Lift Stations. The rehabilitation will include complete manhole
lining utilizing Epoxy Lining. Work to be done in preparation of the epoxy lining on each
manhole varies, and includes, but is not limited to: cleaning/prep, step removal, chemical
grouting and sealing, cementitious repair and provisions for bypass pumping. For the
rehabilitation work in this project, no excavation by the Contractor nor other surface
disturbance is anticipated.
