Ferguson-Florissant School District - Innov. School at Cool Valley HVAC Renov. and Elect. Upgrades

The Ferguson–Florissant school district is seeking a qualified contractor for the complete replacement of the existing mechanical system at the Innovation school at cool valley and upgrade of electrical system components. The existing mechanical system consists of a chiller and boiler with fan coil units throughout. The gym/cafeteria is served by a separate air handler unit. The new system will consist of VRF cooling and heating with dedicated outside air system throughout.
