Project consists of building envelope and waterproofing repairs to portions of the Mercantile Library Building and Thomas Jefferson Library Building. Repairs include but are not limited to roof deck & foundation waterproofing replacement, masonry thru-wall flashing replacement, glazing and framing system replacement, EPDM roof replacement, and masonry tuckpointing.

A prebid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM, C.T., November 28 at the UMSL Thomas Jefferson Library, followed by a walkthrough at the site. All interested bidders are invited to attend this meeting.
