8766 - 7th Street Improvements CMAQ-5436(603) & STP-5436(604)

The 7th Street Improvements proejct consists of a six block corridor in Downtown St. Louis that connects Ballpark Village at Walnut Street to the America's Center Convention Complex at Washington Avenue. Improvements include new traffic signals, mill and overlay of the asphalt streets, new concrete sidewalks, new street and pedestrian lighting, new landscaping, and a two-way street level cycle track.
