Incidental architectural, civil, structural, and construction management services may be required in order to complete the entire scope of work in relation to the authorized mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. The term of the proposed Professional Service Agreement is three (3) years. The City does reserve the right to authorize this contract on a yearly basis beyond this point, but in no case shall it exceed five (5) years.
