Hickory Townhouses is a renovation project located near the intersection of Hickory St. and Ohio Ave., St. Louis, MO 63104:

• Scope of work includes the renovation of fourteen apartment buildings (64 units) and site improvements, including, but not limited to, interior and exterior renovations to the apartments, common areas, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and site work.

• Please review all project documents, including insurance requirements, prior to submitting your bid.

• An informational pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 10 A.M. at 2622 Hickory Street, St. Louis, MO 63104 for any who wish to attend. Please e-mail bidassist@emharris.com if you have questions.

• Payment of prevailing wages is required, and The City of St. Louis requires certified payroll reporting online in The Headcount tracking system.

• Work hour goals apply to this project as follows (The City of St. Louis will track worker hours on site using the Headcount system - subcontractors will be required to certify tracked hours in The Headcount system. NOTE: A worker's hours my count toward more than one applicable category):

o Section 3 Certified Workers: 25% of all work hours.

o Apprentices in U.S. Dept. of Labor-Approved Apprenticeship Program: 20% of all work hours.

o Minorities: 25% of all work hours.

o Women: 7% of all work hours.

o City of St. Louis Residents: 23% of all work hours.

• Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to bid.

• All workers must be OSHA 10 certified.

• Each subcontractor of any tier must be registered with E-Verify to work on the project, and all workers must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
