North Elizabeth Avenue ARS Resurfacing (AR-1736)

Removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement, pavement surfacing and texturing, superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, installation of traffic signal equipment and other incidental items on North Elizabeth Avenue from Milbank Drive to Chambers Road within St. Louis County and other in a workmanlike manner.
