The City of St. Louis is seeking to scale delivery of Home Repairs to address widespread residential home damage from the tornado. The program restores habitability through permanent, code-compliant repairs and may include demolition of unsafe homes not eligible under other programs. Future full rehabilitation may proceed if additional funds (including CDBG-DR) become available. The City will award contracts to one or more Construction Managers (CMs) to oversee habitability repair and demolition task orders, manage subcontractors, secure permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure compliance with program requirements. All construction work will be priced using the current Xactimate catalog; items not in the catalog require three competitive quotes. CMs will be evaluated on qualifications, technical approach, capacity, and proposed fee structures for management services, overhead, and profit.

Lump Sum prime contractor bids are to be submitted directly to the Owner on bid forms provided in the Project Manual. The work included in this Project involves HVAC equipment replacement work at four (4) of the school district’s buildings. The HVAC replacements at these four (4) school buildings have been grouped into four (4) separate Bid Packages, and bidders are encouraged to submit bids on all four (4) Bid Packages. However, to help ensure that adequate manpower is assigned and the HVAC replacements are completed within the scheduled time frame, the Owner reserves the right to award only one Bid Package to a bidder. Bidders submitting a bid for a particular Bid Package are entirely responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to properly complete that Bid Package. Bidder are to include in their bids the allowances listed later in the Section. Lastly, if the contractor is awarded multiple bid packages, the contractor shall have a dedicated project supervisor for each site.

St. Louis County (County) is soliciting bids for the delegated design and repair services for a failing foundation wall at its maintenance office located in Tilles Park at 9551 Litzinger Road, St. Louis, Missouri, 63124.

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Project No. AR-1670 Greenwood Blvd. Bridge No. 424 or Greenwood Blvd Bridge No. 424 & Pacific Avenue Bridge No. 428 over Big Bend Blvd. consists of removal of one or two existing bridges and construction of one or two new bridges, ramp reconstruction, retaining wall rehabilitation, lighting installation, installation of signal equipment, asphalt paving, and other incidental work necessary to complete the above in a worklike manner on Greenwood Boulevard or Greenwood Boulevard & Pacific Avenue over Big Bend Boulevard within St. Louis County.

New building is an 81,175 sf three story structure with a partial basement of type IIA construction. Its occupancy is primarily teaching and research laboratories with limited assembly occupancy.

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Project No. AR-1826 Sulphur Spring Road Resurfacing consists of pavement repairs, pavement milling, Superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, replacement of side street approaches, curb ramp improvements, and traffic signal upgrades along Sulphur Spring Road from Manchester Road to Big Bend Road.

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Project No. AR-1827 West Florissant Avenue (A) Resurfacing consists of removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement and curbs, surfacing and texturing, superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, removal and replacement of modular block wall, installation of accessible pedestrian signals. and other incidental items on West Florissant Avenue from Lucas-Hunt Road to Solway Avenue and other incidental items on West Florissant Avenue within St. Louis County in a workmanlike manner.

New construction of a new STEM Building located at Harris Stowe State University campus. Project is a 3 story building with a partial basement. Approx. 82,000 sf.
