Construction of a 1 story building to house the Lincoln County 911 Emergency Services group. The site contains employee parking to the north end of the site with radio tower, the south portion of the site contains public parking. The building is a Risk Category IV structure that also contains an ICC 500 rated structure housing the dispatch center, emergency operation center, and supporting facilities for those spaces. Building is to be fully sprinklered and include emergency generator. Fire alarm systems to provide 24/7 monitoring

The Great Rivers Greenway District (District), the Developer, is soliciting sealed bids for Western & Meramec Greenways: Signage Improvements in St. Louis County, Missouri.

Pavement rehabilitation, curb ramps, and traffic signal upgrades on Chesterfield Parkway West from Wild Horse Creek Road to Fontaine Drive within St. Louis County and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner.

The Great Rivers Greenway District (District), the Developer, is soliciting sealed bids for Mississippi Greenway: Kiener Plaza Playground Equipment Installation.

This project is the installation of boilers at UMSL's Woods Hall. Boilers have already been purchased and delivered to the Owner. This scope of work includes installation of the boilers.

Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) is seeking qualified demolition contractors to completely dismantle or demolish any and all structures, foundations, footings, existing buildings on the site and remove all material and debris therefrom. Some trees will be marked for removal as well. Any salvageable material found at the time of bid award shall be and become the property of the Contractor. Contractors are instructed to identify all items of value and locate suitable buyers for those items. Revenue from the sale or use of salvageable items shall be considered in the bid to reduce the cost of the demolition contract to GRG.

The project includes a 10,255 SF “Discovery Center” and a 3,391 SF “Ambassador Animal” building to house Exhibit, Activity, Education, and Animal event space. The project also includes an addition on the Animals and Us building, several animal care buildings, outdoor living exhibit spaces, an elevated boardwalk, café, Splashpad, and climbing structure.

St. Louis County is soliciting bids to remove existing siding from the Bissell Barn and replace it with Hardie Board Lap Siding.
