Selective demolition is required Project includes rework of existing underground utilities and installation of underground detention Project includes Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) funding Project includes Section 3 workforce participation goals Project includes MBE (10%) and WBE (5%) workforce participation goals Project is NOT tax exempt. Proposals must include sales tax. Project is anticipated to break ground late summer 2025. Please note, a preliminary construction schedule will be uploaded to Building Connected on April 29th.
