The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service (“BPS”) seeks proposals for Disaster Debris Removal Services to support the management, removal, and lawful disposal of construction and demolition debris (C&D) resulting from a recent tornado event. This effort focuses on restoring the impacted neighborhoods within the City of St. Louis.

The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service (“BPS”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for the Consolidated Terminal Program (“CTP”) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (the “Airport”). Concurrent with the CTP, BPS will construct Airport roadways and an Airport parking garage containing a ground transportation center (“Project”, or “Garage/Roadways Project”). BPS seeks a CMAR team, comprised of a prime firm or a joint venture, to provide Preconstruction and Construction-Phase Services for the Garage/Roadways Project at the Airport. This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) outlines the Airport’s selection process and defines the information prospective CMAR applicants must submit.

The project is a new 29-story building consisting of 22-stories of mass timber framing over 7 stories of post-tensioned concrete parking and mixed-use retail. The building steps down to a mid-rise 10-story mass timber construction connected to the tower on the west side of the podium.

The proposed Work includes the demolition and removal of (14) buildings and (1) water tank at the Missouri Air National Guard (MOANG). All foundations will remain intact for those structures, except the Credit Union. All utilities will be disconnected and capped. All above ground improvements and vegetation will be removed. Existing fencing will be removed, and new fencing and gate will be installed.

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing Architectural/Engineering, Design, and Construction Phase Support Services for the new Consolidated Receiving and Distribution Facility (CRDF) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL or Airport). The Airport seeks a design team who will, under the leadership of a prime firm or joint venture, be responsible for the delivery and the design of the CRDF and all relevant building systems that comprise the facility.

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms or joint ventures (Broker) interested in providing all services required to implement an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) for the new Consolidated Terminal Program (CTP) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL or Airport).
