Scope of Work: Roof Replacement, Brick Tuckpointing, Chimney Repair

Renovation will encompass all three levels of the facility—basement, first floor, and second floor—enhancing key areas such as locker rooms, sports training rooms and the gymnasium. Additionally, the currently defunct natatorium will be transformed into a functional, multi-purpose space.

Construction of the Grand and Cass Avenue Corridor includes road resurfacing and streetscape improvements on the east side of Grand Boulevard from Natural Bridge to Cass Ave and the north side of Cass Avenue from Grand Blvd to Spring Ave. This scope includes, but is not limited to: earthwork, removals, grading, paving, utility adjustments, street reconfiguration, traffic control, signals, street and pedestrian lighting, sidewalk, curbs, unit pavers, granite, trees, landscaping, and site furniture. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items noted above in accordance with all the requirements of these specifications, and the drawings made a part thereof. Existing site amenities damaged during construction shall be replaced at no cost to the Owner.

Construction of the Brickline Greenway North Connector segment along the west side of Grand Boulevard from Natural Bridge to Cass, the south side of Cass from Grand to Spring, and the west side of Spring from Cass to Page. This scope includes the greenway trail and new sidewalk, curbs, seatwalls, unit pavers, street reconfiguration, signals, street and pedestrian lighting, utilities, trees, landscaping, irrigation, trail signage and wayfinding, and site furniture. The work consists of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items noted above in accordance with all the requirements of these specifications, and the drawings made a part thereof. Existing site amenities damaged during construction shall be replaced at no cost to the Owner.

St. Louis County is soliciting bids to perform site construction work and furnish and install a Pre-Engineered Metal Building at two St. Louis County Transportation Districts, #1 & #5 (“Project”).

The project consists of the fabrication and installation of a radio tower structure, radio system and technology improvements, electrical systems, and site improvements to facilitate the construction of the radio tower.
