8770 Renovations to Pavilion at Lindenwood Park, St. Louis, Missouri

The proposed Work includes: The replacement of the existing eave and fascia board with deeper aluminum-wrapped boards to allow new aluminum soffiting. Install new aluminum soffiting to cover all perimeter wood soffits including the center pavilion area. (Existing lights will remain) Install new steel window/panel system to match the existing deterioted window/panel system. Replace broken/settle portions of perimeter conrete to provide positive slope away from the building and new panel system.
