RFQ RD24-09 -Southside Scattered Sites - Tiffany

The St. Louis Housing Authority is soliciting quotations from qualified contractors to perform building repairs for six units in the Southside Scattered Sites Tiffany development located at 3860-70 Park Avenue in accordance with plans and technical specifications. 

Project Description/Scope of Work
The Scope of Work for this project will consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the replacement/repair of all water damaged flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical, light fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, door and door hardware, windows, and attachment components as noted on the plans and specifications.

 Site visit:
The site will be available to potential offerors to familiarize themselves with existing site conditions on

Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 1:30 PM.
This will be the only site visit that will be conducted pursuant to this solicitation. 

All contractors wishing to submit a quotation must attend this site visit.
