Tarlton Corporation invites you to submit a bid proposal on the Cortex One 1FL Primary Care Clinic Tenant Fit Out project located at 4320 Forest Park Ave., St. Louis MO 63108 for the Washington University School of Medicine. Project scope includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing partitions, finishes, and MEPFP per drawing to accommodate the new construction of a thirty-four room primary care clinic with fifteen individual offices, two open office areas, laboratory, four toilets, reception desk, waiting room, and support space. Project includes all new finishes; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing including underground work; and reconfiguration of existing and additional fire sprinklers.
