DOORWAYS' Cooper House Improvements

The project, in general, consists of a qualified general contractor licensed by the City of St. Louis providing all construction services for the work contemplated herein to include furnishing all materials, equipment, tools and labor and executing all work necessary for the Cooper House Improvements, in strict accordance with all requirements of these specifications and the drawings made a part thereof. Bidders are advised that Cooper House is a fully occupied residential building and utmost care must be taken at all times to minimize disruptions to both residents and the operations of the building.
