EWA 90015-26 Disaster Debris Removal Services

The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service (“BPS”) seeks proposals for Disaster Debris Removal Services to support the management, removal, and lawful disposal of construction and demolition debris (C&D), vegetative debris, and hazardous household waste (HHW) generated by the tornado event. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for collecting and hauling mixed C&D, HHW, and vegetative debris from the public ROW (streets and alleys) to landfill(s) or other locations as specified by BPS, and will coordinate with environmental and debris monitoring contractors to ensure materials are inspected and tracked.
