RFQ - Traffic Management Enhancements, Phase IX, Federal Project No. CMAQ-5401(732)

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service (“BPS”), is seeking Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from firms interested in providing professional engineering services for roadway infrastructure improvements. The proposed improvements are primarily intended to improve traffic flow, and therefore reduce travel time, fuel consumption, and vehicular emission output, along the McCausland/Skinker and Arsenal corridors.
