05-001 - 2026 HVAC Upgrades
Lump Sum prime contractor bids are to be submitted directly to the Owner on bid forms provided in the Project Manual. The work included in this Project involves HVAC equipment replacement work at four (4) of the school district’s buildings. The HVAC replacements at these four (4) school buildings have been grouped into four (4) separate Bid Packages, and bidders are encouraged to submit bids on all four (4) Bid Packages. However, to help ensure that adequate manpower is assigned and the HVAC replacements are completed within the scheduled time frame, the Owner reserves the right to award only one Bid Package to a bidder. Bidders submitting a bid for a particular Bid Package are entirely responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to properly complete that Bid Package. Bidder are to include in their bids the allowances listed later in the Section. Lastly, if the contractor is awarded multiple bid packages, the contractor shall have a dedicated project supervisor for each site.
