St. Louis County is soliciting bids to perform sprinkler modifications at the St. Louis County Justice Center in Clayton (“Project”).

The project includes a 6-story, approximately 160,000 SF full-service hotel featuring lobby spaces, restaurant, ballrooms, rooftop bar, terrace space, site work, and landscaping.

The City of St. Louis, Board of Public Service, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing Engineering Design and Construction Phase Support Services for the new Consolidated Terminal Program (CTP) at St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL or Airport). The Airport seeks a design team, who will under the leadership of a prime firm or joint venture, be responsible for providing Design and Construction Phase Support Services for New Concourse Apron at St. Louis Lambert International Airport.

Addition to the City of Warrenton's water supply system which includes a new deep well, wellhouse with booster station, water storage tank, and water main piping.

Renovation of 139 existing multifamily apartment units in a combination of historic brewery buildings, infill buildings, and townhouse buildings.

The proposed Work includes full depth removal and reconstruction of PCC taxiway pavement along Taxilane C from Runway 6-24 through Taxiway C7. Construction of new C8 and reconstruction of C7 are also included. Replacement of asphalt shoulder, electrical infrastructure, and storm drainage infrastructure is also included. Installation of new artificial turf islands is also included.
