The project will install protected bicycle facilities along the South Broadway corridor, from River City Casino Boulevard to Dover Street. Improvements include new ADA-compliant sidewalk and curb ramps, installation of pinned-on bumpouts and bus medians, signage, and striping.

Removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement, pavement surfacing and texturing, asphaltic concrete overlay, removal and replacement of sidewalk curb ramps, sidewalks, curbs, and signal improvements on Laclede Station Road from Watson Road to Weil Avenue within St. Louis County and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner.

Tower Grove Connector, Phase 2

The Salvation Army is solicitating bids for a General Contractor to perform the onsite management and construction of the proposed improvements. The following scope of work will include: Demolition of an existing 21,175 square feet, two-story abandoned warehouse building located at 4015 Forest Park Avenue, St. Louis MO, extraction of standing water within the existing building basement, filling of the excavation building foundation with compacted soil, site grading, sodded grassed areas, new fencing to provide site security, and temporary groundwater pumping / dewatering.
