Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for GRG Bid# 2025-012-732G Sunset Greenway Signage Replacement Project: Sunset Park to Coldwater Commons Park (732G) in St. Louis County and Florissant and Hazelwood, Missouri. This work consists of the demolition of older, existing signs and the installation of new wayfinding and interpretive signs by various methods. This project also includes improvements to crosswalk paint at the intersection of Patterson Road and Mullanphy Lane which requires a permit from St. Louis County. The permit is ready for payment and pickup. This project includes furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for the construction of the items herein described, in accordance with all the requirements represented in the attached drawings and the specifications.

St. Louis County is soliciting bids to perform sprinkler modifications at the St. Louis County Justice Center in Clayton (“Project”).

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Project No. AR-1744 Charbonier Road Resurfacing consists of removal and replacement of deteriorated and/or damaged pavement, removal and replacement of traffic signal equipment, removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb ramps, pavement surfacing and texturing, superpave asphaltic concrete overlay, and other incidental items on Charbonier Road from Howdershell Road to Lindbergh Boulevard within St. Louis County in a workmanlike manner.

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Project No. AR-1821 North Hanley Road (F) Resurfacing consists of pavement rehabilitation of existing pavement, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, sidewalk repairs, curb repairs (as needed),traffic signal and pedestrian signal upgrades on North Hanley Road from Natural Bridge Road to I-70.

St. Louis County is soliciting bids to perform demolition and removal of an existing animal kennel structure. (“Project”).

DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - Project No. AR-1562 Craig Road Resurfacing consists of the rehabilitation of existing pavement, installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, joint/curb repairs (as needed), and traffic signal upgrades on Craig Road from Olive Boulevard to Lackland Road within St. Louis County and other incidental items necessary to complete the above in a workmanlike manner

This project addresses signage on St. Vincent Greenway from St. Vincent Park to the North Hanley Metrolink Station in St. Louis County, MO. This project includes the demolition of older existing signage and site amenities and the installation of new wayfinding signage, pavement markings and site amenities.

The County is soliciting bids to perform exterior repainting of 6 hangar buildings at Spirit of St. Louis Airport.
