Helix Center Renovations

The Project generally consists of the west lobby renovation; Growth Farm renovations and HVAC improvements; relocating specific electrical equipment to a new electrical room; HVAC additions for the new electrical room; limited first floor finishes; two (2) dry labs and five (5) labs with sinks on the second floor; new boiler pipe insulation; repairs to RTU1; removal and replacement of RTU2; a new loading/unloading area; vestibule door hardware improvements; and exterior improvements associated with the Growth Farm HVAC equipment
